Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data.

Responsibilities include collaborating with families and caregivers, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and ensuring skill generalization across settings. The role requires an active RBT credential and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a related bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and skill generalization.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
