Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and track progress with clinical software.

You will collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe and engaging session environment for each child.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
