Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide evidence-based, 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and track client progress using our clinical software.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or are eligible to obtain it, with reliable transportation and strong communication. Join our supportive team focused on meaningful outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions
