Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect real-time data on progress using clinic software.

Collaborating with supervising BCBAs and families, you will help ensure consistency and generalization of skills while maintaining a safe, engaging environment during sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
