Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision and collect progress data using clinical software.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment for the child.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA in related field preferred
• Experience with children with autism preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
