Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children ages 2-6 with autism using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). You’ll deliver play-based ABA therapy and collaborate with clinicians to track progress for families.

Ideal candidates bring child-care or education experience and are working toward an RBT certification, with paid training and a structured progression program every 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• Experience with children and caregiving backgrounds is favored.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children.
• Implement plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring teamwork and caregiving skills into a clinical environment.
