Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Aurora, CO is seeking Behavior Technicians to work with children aged 2-6 using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) within a supportive center.

You will deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy, implement plans from Masters-level clinicians, and share progress with families to support development.

We offer paid RBT training, opportunities for advancement, 30+ hours/week for full-time roles, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred for related fields.
• Experience with children in caregiving settings is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Apply skills from caregiving backgrounds in a supported clinical environment.
