Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks Behavior Technicians to support children aged 2-6 with autism through play-based ABA, using the ESDM framework. You will deliver one-on-one therapy and help families understand progress under clinician guidance.

Paid RBT training and ongoing professional development are provided, with career progression opportunities and a sign-on bonus. Expect a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BACB attestation for RBT verification as applicable.
• Experience with children is preferred (childcare, paraprofessional, caregiving, or related roles).
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, teamwork, and comfort with computers/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children.
• Implement individualized plans created by clinicians and share progress with families.
• Apply skills from childcare or related backgrounds in a clinical setting.
