Soar Autism Center is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6, under the supervision of Masters-level clinicians. You will implement plans, track progress, and communicate with families daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment; paid training provided.
• Preference for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Update families on child progress within the ABA framework.
• Maintain ongoing training and stay updated on ABA advancements.
• Achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks; CO Springs location requires RBT.
