Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6 in our center. You’ll work under Master’s‑level clinicians, implementing individualized plans and communicating progress to families.

Ideal candidates have prior childcare or paraprofessional experience, a high school diploma, and readiness to obtain RBT certification within six weeks, with a structured growth path including raises and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred (childcare, daycare, caregiving, paraprofessional, direct support, or behavioral health).
• RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment is desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in progress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring child development skills from prior roles into a supportive clinical environment.
