Soar Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy and implement plans from licensed clinicians. This role offers paid RBT training and a clear path to credential attainment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience with children. The job provides full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, teamwork, and comfort using computers/tablets.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, move quickly, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
