Soar Autism Center in Maryland is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 at our clinic. You will implement plans created by Masters-level clinicians and support families.

We offer paid training to obtain RBT certification within 6 weeks, comprehensive health benefits, student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time staff. A collaborative, growth-focused team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program preferred.
• Reliable transportation to training location and center.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in the clinic.
• Implement intervention plans created by Masters-level clinicians.
• Update families on child progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training for RBT certification and ABA practices.
