Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2–6. You will implement plans and collaborate with Masters-level clinicians to ensure fidelity to ABA principles.

The role requires high school diploma, reliable transportation, and pursuit of RBT certification within 6 weeks. Training will be provided, with a supportive multi-disciplinary team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification within first 6 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress.
• Engage in ongoing training and development for ABA therapy and RBT.
