Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in our Westminster center. You will implement plans created by master's-level clinicians and track progress with families.

Role includes paid RBT training, opportunities for career growth through the Soar to New Heights program, a guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week for full-time staff, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Starting pay is $21.50–$28.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
