Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in our clinic. You will implement plans from Masters-level clinicians and maintain strong family communication about progress.

Applicants should pursue RBT certification within 6 weeks, with paid training provided. A supportive, collaborative team environment and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong preference for enrollment or completion of a degree program; degrees in Child Development or Psychology are a plus.
• RBT certification must be achievable within 6 weeks; training is provided.
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with kids.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality is essential.
• Must meet physical requirements: sit/stand, lift up to 50 lbs, move frequently.
• Computer and tablet literacy.
• Ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities
