Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring a Behavior Technician or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 in our clinic. You will work under Masters-level clinicians to implement intervention plans and document progress for families.

You must pursue RBT certification within six weeks of employment, with paid training provided. A reliable transportation plan and teamwork mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (verified by resume or BACB attestation for RBT).
• Preference for degree progress in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in training and stay updated with ABA therapy and RBT certification.
