Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to young children in our clinic. You will implement plans from experienced clinicians, report progress to families, and engage in ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices.

A reliable communicator with dependable transportation is essential. The role offers full-time hours, opportunities for growth, and paid training to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma; RBT certification or enrollment eligible.
Preferred progress toward degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
Must obtain RBT certification within first 6 weeks; training provided.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in clinic.
Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
Maintain family communication on child progress within ABA framework.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with ABA therapy and RBT certification requirements.
