Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Technician or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in our clinic, following ESDM/ABA principles. You will work under Masters-level clinicians, guiding progress and communicating with families about their child's ABA journey.

Responsibilities include implementing intervention plans, staying current with ABA developments, and pursuing RBT certification with paid training. This full-time role offers consistent hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prefer degree in Child Development or Psychology.
• RBT certification to be obtained within 6 weeks.
• Reliable transportation to training and centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update progress.
• Engage in ongoing training and development for ABA and RBT.
