Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in our clinic, following ESDM/ABA guidelines. You will implement plans created by Masters-level clinicians and collaborate with families to monitor progress.

We provide paid training for RBT certification, ongoing professional development, and a supportive multi-disciplinary team. A minimum of 30 hours per week is offered for full-time roles with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to training location and center.
• Must meet physical requirements (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Computer and tablet literacy.
• Ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress.
