Blue Gems ABA is seeking a qualified RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, under supervision. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and collecting real-time progress data.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a HS diploma (a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus), a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong communication and a true passion for helping children and

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience with autism/developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for the child during sessions.
