Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.

You will collect real-time data, collaborate with families and caregivers, and maintain a safe, engaging session environment while working under supervision to promote meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
