Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision and collect progress data.

The ideal candidate has an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
