Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data in real time.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a related bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (plus)
