Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy and implement intervention plans under supervision. You will collect accurate data and collaborate with families to ensure consistent progress.

Qualifications include Active RBT cert (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Prior experience with autism is preferred, and a passion for helping children and families

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure skill generalization.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
