Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school or clinic settings, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy under supervision.

The role requires Active RBT certification (or eligibility), a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a driver’s license and strong communication skills. We offer professional development, benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
