Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an enthusiastic RBT to provide high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by the supervising BCBA, collect real-time data, and work closely with families to ensure skill generalization and meaningful progress.

A valid RBT certification or eligibility is required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for those with a psychology/education background and experience

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
