Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, track progress with clinical software, and work closely with supervising BCBA staff to ensure consistent, meaningful skill development for children with ASD.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. We offer pathways for professional development and a supportive clinical team, with competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (plus)
