Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and track progress with real-time data in collaboration with supervising BCBA.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or are eligible to obtain one, and demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
