Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect real-time data, and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification or be eligible, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; related degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
