Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individual behavior plans and collect data under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications include an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (bachelor's in psychology/education a plus), and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a true passion for helping families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
