Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality ABA therapy on a 1:1 basis with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work in home, school, or clinic settings under supervision, collecting progress data and implementing plans developed by a BCBA.

A valid RBT certification or eligibility is required. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and clinicians, driving meaningful outcomes for children while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement plans designed by supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate progress data using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions
