Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will collaborate with families, collect real-time progress data, and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment to help children with autism reach meaningful outcomes.

A valid RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication are required; a bachelor's in psychology or education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus).
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
