Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA, collect real-time data, and collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure consistency and progress.

Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
