Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. The role involves implementing individualized behavior plans and collecting progress data using clinical software.

You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families to ensure consistency, promote skill generalization, and maintain a supportive, engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
