Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data using clinical software.

You will work closely with families, caregivers and the supervising BCBA to ensure consistency, generalization of skills, and a supportive, engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
