Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data.

You will collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, maintaining a safe, engaging environment while supporting meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
