Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect real-time data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
