Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an energetic RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by supervising BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure skill generalization.

You should have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a HS diploma, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and dedication to helping families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for helping families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
