Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality, one-to-one ABA therapy with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBAs and collect progress data using clinical software.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a HS diploma (a BA/BS in psychology or related field is a plus), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
