Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect real-time data to track progress, working closely with BCBA supervision.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus), reliable transportation, and strong communication skills to partner with families

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Passion for helping children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate progress data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
