Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a qualified RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.

The role requires active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills, with a passion for helping children achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
