Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering high-quality ABA therapy and following supervising BCBA plans.

You will collect real-time data, collaborate with families, and maintain a safe, engaging session environment. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required; enthusiasm for helping children and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor’s in psychology/education is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior plans and skill programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency of skills.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
