Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic environments. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect progress data, and work closely with BCBAs and families to promote skill generalization.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to help families achieve meaningful outcomes in various settings.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Experience: Experience with autism/developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
