Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect real-time data on progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with children with autism preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and families to ensure consistency
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions
