Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with BCBA and families, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Requirements include active RBT certification or eligibility, HS diploma (BA in related field a plus), reliable transport, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
