Job summary

Takeda seeks a Rare Disease Business Manager – Alpha-1 for the Cincinnati territory, Ohio (Virtual). You will drive new patient starts, grow outpatient infusion and hospital sales, and retain patients on augmentation therapy. Educate HCPs on Alpha-1 therapies and build a compliant national sales strategy with a local territory plan.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales or 2+ years at Takeda, with 50% travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience; or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Territory-based role; Border-to-Border coverage.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50%, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts and retention of patients on augmentation therapy.
• Educate and inform HCPs on Alpha-1 therapies; build territory business plan and national strategy.
