Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Specialty Development Executive to cover Waco, Austin, San Antonio and El Paso, TX. You will sell genetic testing services to clinicians in the Rare Disease space and manage a regional book of business.

This role requires strategic selling, accurate forecasting, and collaboration with Clinical Sales teams. Regular travel up to 50% is expected and a proven sales record is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 5+ years of medical outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred.
• 3+ years selling laboratory, diagnostics, or medical device solutions.
• 3+ years supporting rare disease, genetics, cardiology, neurology, or pediatric subspecialty markets.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory testing services to professionals in the Rare Disease space.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth in assigned territory.
• Build and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates.
• Forecast and maintain a sales funnel and travel logistics to maximize productivity.
