Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Specialty Development Executive, Rare Disease to drive sales of genetics and Rare Disease products across the Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico territory. The role reports to the Regional Director and requires building a strong relationship with genetics providers, neurologists, cardiologists, and regional laboratories.

Travel 50–75% is expected. You will develop and execute an annual business plan, meet sales targets, and collaborate with Labcorp Clinical Sales teams to expand

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of medical outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% (including overnights).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Rare disease experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Labcorp genetics and Rare Disease products to clinicians and hospitals within the assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed sales goals; develop and execute an annual business plan.
• Prospect, develop, and close new sales opportunities; maintain a robust sales funnel.
• Forecast accurately and manage travel logistics to maximize productivity.
• Maintain CRM data and collaborate with clinical sales counterparts.
