Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Specialty Development Executive, Rare Disease to cover the Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico territory. The role focuses on selling laboratory testing services to genetics providers, neurologists, cardiologists and other subspecialties, building a robust pipeline and exceeding sales targets.

The candidate will travel up to 75%, develop and execute business plans, maintain CRM data in Salesforce, and collaborate with Labcorp Clinical Sales teams to expand the Rare Disease portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of medical outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory testing services to professionals in the Rare Disease space, including genetics providers and subspecialists.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates.
• Cold call and build a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Forecast and manage a sales funnel aligned with a 90-day quota.
• Update customer information in CRM (Salesforce) and maintain accurate data.
