Amgen Inc. is seeking a Rare Disease Key Account Manager to reduce time to diagnosis, improve patient identification, and accelerate treatment through engagement with health systems, clinics, and infusion centers.

You will diagnose account barriers, develop targeted strategies, and optimize buy-and-bill operations to enhance patient access and care continuity. The role requires leadership across sales, market access, and analytics, delivering compliant, data-driven plans.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.
• High School diploma/GED with 12 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.

Aufgaben

• Proactively assess business environment to identify access, operational, economic barriers and develop account plans.
• Lead contracting opportunities, coordinate approvals and support compliant negotiation.
• Evaluate buy-and-bill workflows and optimize reimbursement readiness and site readiness.
• Coordinate field execution with cross-functional teams and provide actionable field insights.
